If you think your insured crops have been
damaged, if you want to replant acreage or if you want to put acreage of an
insured crop to another use, please follow these instructions:
1.
Contact Steve Grant immediately when damage
occurs.
2. If you suspect your yields to be less than
your insurance guarantee or trigger yield,
contact Steve Grant immediately. You will
be required to leave representative samples for the crop insurance adjuster to
inspect.
3. Do not destroy or put acreage of an insured
crop to any other use (silage or baling) until consent is given by the company.
4. If your coverage includes a replant
provision, the company must inspect and give consent before replanting.
